Brad Hauter  

A man of diverse interests and talents, Brad Hauter has been guiding individuals and projects to success for more than 25 years. Whether coaching a winning soccer team, writing and producing a television series or lending his talent in front of the camera or microphone, Brad seeks excellence in all aspects of his career.

After receiving his BA in Psychology at DePauw University, Brad played professional soccer for 10 years before moving on to coach at the college level. At all three of the collegiate programs where he has coached, Brad established the record for highest winning percentage. To date, he has won four conference championships at two different schools, taken his teams to the NCAA tournament on three occasions and been selected as Coach of the Year three times -- in two different conferences. During his coaching career, he has amassed a total record of 276-135-25 and has positively influenced hundreds of student athletes. 
A serial entrepreneur, Brad relishes the challenge of creating and managing new projects, products and companies. He holds patents for two inventions, one of which has enjoyed a profitable 20 year run and can still be found on the shelves at Wal-Mart. As principal in a television production company, Brad has written, produced, hosted and/or distributed a variety of nationally syndicated television series and documentaries, as well as a feature film. Many of his television series, including Junk’d and Off the Streets, continue to draw audiences on stations across the country. The anticipated 2015 completion of several projects currently in the pipeline will add to his inventory of programming. 
Brad served as the engaging and articulate national spokesperson for Keep American Beautiful for 10 years. Twice during that time, he drove a riding lawnmower cross-country to raise awareness and funds for the organization. These two Mow Across America campaigns raised more than $350,000 for Keep America Beautiful and delivered more than 600 million media impressions for the organization and their sponsors. As part of his spokesperson responsibilities, Brad provided news interviews to radio and television stations and programs across the country, and made appearances on television shows ranging from Good Morning America to late night shows like The Late Late Show. 
Brad has supplied on-camera talent, voice-overs and has participated in satellite media tours and trade show appearances for a variety of clients. He also serves as color commentator for the live television broadcasts of Indiana’s new professional soccer team, Indy Eleven.  Brad’s creativity and compassion merge in his lifelong work with homeless individuals as writer, director and producer of the socially innovative program, Off the Streets . The program employs the homeless as cast and crew in a live production delivered to community organizations, students, church groups and others. For 19 seasons, Off the Streets has provided its participants a second chance at developing self-confidence, self-discipline and life skills and its audiences a better understanding of the issue of homelessness. 

Davi Reynolds


An experienced brand and public relations professional, Davi Reynolds has devoted more than 30 years of high-level strategic thinking to helping communities and organizations communicate, connect and engage their residents, visitors and stakeholders. 
As Director of Strategic Planning for the country’s leading community branding firm, North Star Destination Strategies, Davi has advised more than 40 communities in 21 states across the US and in Canada. She has consulted on a business brand for the State of Florida and a tourism brand for the State of Mississippi. Davi was also a key member of the North Star team which developed the “ONE WAY TICKET” concept following Hurricane Katrina. The program, designed to bring young and energetic entrepreneurs back to downtown New Orleans, received a Federal grant and resulted in more than one million tweets about the resurgence of the City. 
Before joining North Star, Davi directed communications for Cobb County, Georgia, a metropolitan Atlanta county with a population of 550,000 and an annual budget of $480 million. While there, she managed the public and community relations campaigns for landmark events such as the introduction of the new 911 emergency notification system and the first public transportation system in the suburban metropolitan Atlanta area. Davi also directed the strategy for a successful local option sales tax referendum which provided $400 million in new funding for road improvements. For her work with Cobb County, she received the “Award of Excellence” from the National Association of County Information Officers and a County Achievement Award from the National Association of Counties. 
Davi’s earliest career experience came as editor for consumer lifestyle publications in Tucson, Arizona, including the monthly periodicals Tucson Magazine, Tucson Homes and Tucson Dining. 
As a volunteer board member for the Zionsville Education Foundation, Davi developed and directed the introduction of the Foundation brand and implemented the Foundation’s initial five year communication campaign. The organization met their goal of building a $500,000 endowment in five years and has now awarded more than $500,000 in classroom and teacher grants. 
Davi received her BA in Psychology from Whitman College, a Certificate of Public Management from the University of Georgia and an Economic Development Certificate from the University of Tennessee.

Reid Sprenkel

Reid Sprenkel has been growing brands and delivering profits for organizations large and small for more than 30 years. His experience includes international and domestic responsibilities in new business development, operations and strategic planning. The common thread throughout Reid’s career, whether managing a business group with $250 million in sales for a Fortune 500 corporation or advising a non-profit, has been the application of innovative thinking and an entrepreneurial approach to every business problem. 
While at Dow Chemical Company/Dow AgroSciences, Reid’s career moved from Research & Development into business management and global business leadership. He is particularly proud of spearheading commercialization of the Sentricon Colony Elimination System, a revolutionary product which changed the pest control industry’s approach to termite control and achieved $120 million in global sales. 
Reid delivered annual sales growth of $50 million while managing Dow’s Professional Pest Management unit and $30 million as Global Business Leader for the Fumigants and Turf and Ornamental Businesses. These gains came through renewed customer focus, exploiting new market opportunities and improving production efficiencies. 
Reid earned recognition as one of the “Top 20 Influencers” in the pest control industry and served on the Board of Directors of the Professional Pest Management Association and of the Pest Management Alliance during his time at Dow. 
After leaving Dow, Reid continued his success at TriCal Group, Inc. As Chairman of the Board for two of TriCal’s independent emerging United Kingdom companies, Reid merged the two to gain greater profitability within the first year. 
Currently, Reid owns a proprietary consulting company, sharing his experience in business growth, customer focus, marketing, strategic planning and new technology commercialization. In addition, he serves as President/CEO of FieldWatch, Inc. a non-profit start-up company he launched with Purdue University and a diverse group of agricultural stakeholder entities. 
When not growing companies, Reid is a semi-professional photographer and pursues his passion of sports photography with his own freelance business. He captures action and portraits of individuals and teams from high school through the professional level and has been published in a variety of publications. 
Reid received his BS in Biology and Environmental Science from Whitman College and his MS in Entomology from the University of Arizona. He is also a graduate of the Executive Business Management School at the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
